I have knocked on over 10,000 doors since I started this campaign and have talked to hundreds of voters. I have built a broad coalition of people from every corner of the district with a positive solutions based message.

Including local builders and developers that provide thousands of jobs to Delawareans and whose families and employees are our neighbors, friends, and community members. Not Silicon Valley billionaires. They support me because I bring everyone to the table to solve issues and because I have a plan to build affordable housing.

I grew up in the east side, raised by a single mother, I’ve had to work for everything I have. No $600 check is going to “buy me out” and anyone who says that doesn’t know who I am.

It is unfortunate that Jason has decided to run a purely negative campaign against me using right-wing misinformation tactics, our country and our party has had enough of that.

Jason also continues to pretend that we are the only ones in this race. Helena Creamer is also running, his theme of slandering my name and ignoring her existence raises serious questions about whether he is capable of representing a district as diverse as the 4th District.

The Facts on Curtis's Stance on Data Centers: 

​

• Myself and a majority of council did not support the first draft of the county regulations

• Jason posted a video of my public comment from the 1st draft of the bill, claiming “I don’t support guardrails” I state in that same video that I do

• I supported the final version that every member of council voted for which put in place some of the strongest regulations in the country

• I also support the bills just passed by the General Assembly that will hold these companies accountable if they chose to come here:

  • HB 445: Requires large data centers to generate or procure their own power instead of straining Delaware's existing electric grid

  • HB 310: Ends taxpayer-funded incentives for data centers, since they create relatively few jobs per dollar invested.

  • HB 233: Makes large data centers pay their own way for power infrastructure and puts them first in line for power cutoffs during grid emergencies, so homes and small businesses keep their power longer.
